Strategic planning is the process of documenting and establishing a direction of your small business—by assessing both where you are and where you're going. A strategic plan gives you a place to record your mission, vision, and values, as well as your long-term goals and the action plans you'll use to reach them.  

With 20 years in residential real estate/lending operations, training and coaching, I can help you quiet the noise and find the simplicity in what's next for your business.   Any plan is a creative process and thrives on collaboration with others to provide contrasting ideas, perspectives and objectivity.  As entrepreneurs, we tend to do (and feel) best when we know we have a plan.  A sign of a great plan is that it provides both structure AND freedom.  Furthermore, a plan of our making gives us the confidence to not only move forward right now, but it provides the foundation we need to adapt when (not if) change arrives.  

The irony about planning is that the plan itself is not the hard part.  It's getting to the table to create the plan that proves tough for our human wiring.  However, it's a table we must sit down at time and time again to feed what's next in our businesses.
